Download from the DLD website or Dubai REST

Open 'Download Ejari Certificate'
On dubailand.gov.ae or in the Dubai REST app.

Enter your Ejari contract number
It's on your registration confirmation and on any earlier copy of the certificate.

Enter your DEWA premise number or municipality number
Either one works.

Download the PDF
Save it and keep a copy for visa, school and bank applications.

Your contract must be registered first. Registering through Dubai Now costs AED 177.75 according to the DLD service page (AED 100 registration, AED 55 service, AED 10 knowledge, AED 10 innovation, AED 2.75 VAT); typing centres add their own service charge.
