The official Dubai lease agreement template
Dubai's official lease agreement is the DLD Unified Tenancy Contract v1.4 — a bilingual (Arabic + English) PDF issued by the Dubai Land Department. This is the ONLY rental contract format recognised by Ejari. Custom lease templates from Google won't register on Ejari.
