About tenancycontract.com

We built the fastest, most accurate way to generate a Dubai DLD Unified Tenancy Contract — and made it free.

Why we built this

For decades, getting a Dubai tenancy contract meant a 30-90 minute trip to a typing centre. You'd queue, hand over your title deed and Emirates ID, watch a typist transcribe the details into the official DLD form, pay AED 150-300, and leave with a printed PDF. The typist was the bottleneck — they introduced typos in plot numbers and DEWA premises numbers, which then caused Ejari registration to fail. People learned to live with this.

We thought the typing centre was unnecessary. The DLD Unified Tenancy Contract is a government-issued template — there's no licensing reason it needs to be printed by a third party. The only real work is reading the title deed and Emirates ID and putting the right values in the right fields. AI does that better than humans.

So we built tenancycontract.com. You upload your title deed and Emirates ID, our AI extracts every required field, you confirm the rental terms, and you download the official DLD PDF. Three minutes. Free. No queues, no typos, no AED 150-300 fee.

What we believe

  • Government documents should be free to use. The DLD form is a public template. Charging AED 150-300 to print one is a tax on tenants and landlords.
  • Accuracy matters more than speed. AI auto-fill catches the typos that cause Ejari rejection. Speed is the byproduct.
  • Knowledge of Dubai rental law shouldn't be gatekept. Our blog cites Dubai Law No. 26 of 2007 directly and explains every clause in plain language. Free.
  • Privacy is a default, not a feature. Documents are processed in memory and discarded after extraction. We don't store your title deed or Emirates ID.

What you can do here

How we maintain accuracy

Every legal claim on the site is verified against Dubai Law No. 26 of 2007 (as amended by Law No. 33 of 2008), the official DLD Unified Tenancy Contract template (v1.4), and current RERA bulletins. Posts touching on legal topics carry a Primary Sources panel citing the relevant articles directly.
